Extraordinary contemporary luxury villa with sea views situated in one of the most beautiful areas of Roca Lisa, just 7km from Ibiza, is an enclave of luxury and peace. It offers a wonderful view of the sea and the island of Formentera. Italso has two golf courses.
At the top, overlooking the sea, there are 4 rooms (23 to28 m2), all with balcony, bathroom en suite, dressing room, flat screen TV and satellite dish.
The living room (150 m2) offers a spectacular view of the pool and the sea and includes a winter living room with fireplace, a TV room and a reading corner. The large dining table can accommodate 10 people.
The guest house (45m2) has a private terrace and offers its occupants a spectacular view of the sea. It consists of a bedroom with bathroom (shower and toilet), kitchen with bar, dressing room and lounge. TV swivel allows a 360 º to watch TV from bed or lounge.
The villa has 3 pools: one with overflow is located at the level of the covered terrace, the second (3 x 15 m) is below the garden, and finally, the third is an indoor pool located at upstream level there we find a separate apartment for staff (room, bathroom and kitchen), a hammam and a jacuzzi for 8 people with sea views.
The villa is situated on a mountain behind the bay of Sa Caleta & Cala Jondal. The property benefits from being located close to the popular and well known beaches providing fantastic entertainment and restaurant options. These include Blue Marlin, Yemanja, Tropicana, Es Xarcu and Es Torrent.
The property has 6 double bedroom suites with the possibility of converting the loft (gym, billiard, cinema) into another bedroom with a double bed ideal for adolescents or kids with bathroom en suite. Villa Tanit is a large contemporary waterfront property elevated on a hillside only 4km away from Ibiza town, overlooking the Mediterranean with fantastic panoramic sea views up to Formentera.

A farm house built in 1700 consisting of typical Ibizan construction with different heights and sizes, with whitewashed walls and ceilings with beams of juniper wood. Panoramic views of the valley, sea and Formentera. Built area: 550 sq.m. Surface area: 8000 sq.m.
The luxurious villa consists of three buildings: main house, guest house and servants’ house. The property consists of different gardens with Mediterranean plants and fruit trees, 50 sq.m swimming pool surrounded by a spacious solarium fully equipped with outdoor furniture, an organic garden, barbecue area, “chill out” terraces and forest areas.
The finca, swimming pool and gardens were restored and redecorated in 2011.
In the “finca”, there’s an ecologic vegetable garden with seasonal products. We don’t use chemicals fertilizers. Some vegetables are ready to eat in summer, eg. tomatoes, corn, courgettes, aubergines, lettuces, carrots, strawberries, avocado, melon, watermelon, fresh basil, onions…
Our guests may eat the vegetables from the garden.
